      Pros

      Muilt tasker, with ability to work multiple systems at once. Able to problem solve at a quick manner. Work easy in a high volume situation with quick response.

      Cons

      Not having a clear understanding of task at hand. Not having the tools needed to do work to the best of my ability.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
