      There are no pros to working for this company!

      Cons

      This company does not care at all about their employees. They are a company of Xerox which is a disaster and Ursula Burns ran into the ground. They are laying off all of their loyal employees and building up over seas. There has not been a raise or cost of living increase in 8 years from Xerox to Conduent. This company is a dead end.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
