      Schedule for growth for 2019

      Cons

      -No salary increases at all for the agents for the past 4 years. -Zero monetary incentives. -No tuition reimbursement. This was discontinued as of 2017. -Company is in the process of outsourcing to other countries outside of the US across all levels. -As of 2017 with Conduent, no promotion of company values. Just financial focus. -Massive layouts in 2017 in the US.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
