Pros

Daytime schedules are available // PTO is earned bi-weekly // Work scheduling and time-off requests are generous and fair.

Cons

Overall, it's a "JOB", pays some bills....not a career. This turned out to overall NOT be a place where moving into management is very diserable, which is a shame. Employees should generally want to Promote, not remain stagnant. -- This is caused somewhat uncontrollable metrics, can drive you crazy, and customers that we serve in the wireless industry can be ridiculous in thinking we owe them everything.

Pros

Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

Cons

High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
