      work from home pto and paid holidays after 6 months

      Cons

      opportunities to move up are scarce and far between by the time you are eligible to apply they have already over-hired the position doesn't care if you are having health issues not a very good company if you have a specific schedule you need to adhere to

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
