Pros

A paycheck thats about it

Cons

This place does not value thier employees. Alot of people who work here signed an offer that included work from home. The company made all work from home employees report to the nearest office to work. Wait What? No warning nothing. Just you need to drive into work People search for remote positions for a reason. There is absolutely NO training. You are expected to know things when you have not been trained. This company wants change but unwilling to adapt or incorporate. They do the minimal to get by. Things have not changed in 3 years. The worst is the change to the travel policy the company only pays for hotel and air. If you travel for the company you are responsible for you own food, rental are and or any other mode of transportation. You are reimbursed however what if you can not cover the rental car or food? It can also take up to weeks to get reimbursed. The 401k is a savings plan you do not see the match immediately only the amount you invested. You walk on eggshells, you are made to feel stupid when you do not know something however you are not trained.

Pros

Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

Cons

High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
