      8am- 4pm You get to sit at a desk The breakroom is clean

      Cons

      The working conditions are extremely uncomfortable. The office was freezing cold every day including the winter. This position will soon be replaced with computer software. You are just opening paper envelopes and organizing physical checks. Tammie is the only one running around the office for no real reason. It was too painful to watch ineffective repetitive tasks. Depressing work environment and low pay. So much red tape, don't even plan anything around the holidays. So many blackout dates, that you are not allowed to take off work. Management never emailed me back.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
