Pros
Excellent team culture, they are all very nice and will help you when you need it. Supervisor is also nice, even tries to defend employees from the bad corporate culture. Sometimes they give bonuses after finishing a project or as compensation for working extra hours to reach deadlines They offer "caja de ahorro" where they take a small percentage of your monthly pay and they give back that money doubled once a year (this is an optional perk and you can opt-out). Cons
Bad corporate culture, excessive pressure at times, and hard-to-reach deadlines. This is not all the time, but it happens frequently. Sometimes you have to work extra hours so you can meet the deadlines. They sometimes give bonuses to balance this.
