Community feel with colleagues, reasonable benefits, ability to move around the business if you network well

A little cloistered. Once you're in, the outside world barely matters. Any skills that aren't directly from DHL training seem to be ignored or treated with skepticism if they're not exactly the way they do it. A slight atmosphere of "you should be grateful to work here" rather than competitive salaries, benefits, or progression. Seems to have been some backwards movement in a 100% return to the office order from Jan 2027, and pockets of poor management in certain Directorates with misleading employment information not backed up by internal policies.
