      Great company, lovely colleagues and nice atmosphere. Keeping employees happy and engaged is their main focus and at the end of the day you look around and feel proud of being part of that culture.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      No cons! Typical monotony that comes with a telesales role but the office culture makes up for it!
