Pros
I am from dev team. i joined here 2 years back. all of the feedbacks in this site has been taken a serious check by dazeworks. i cant say all of the problems this site is mentioned they take care of. but they are seriously working on this. salaries in time. By 5th of every month, they credit salary. if we have real concern, just message them,so they credit before. now, their financial status is increased, so we are good. HR is now improved version. i think all of feedbacks made management to follow clear and cut roles division between managers and HR. 3. Developers concerns is addressed by senior developers in project allocation. 4. my hike is really good. 5.management is still learning stage. but they improved a lot.
Cons
no point of discussion on this as already enough cons are listed. they should really work on those remaining concerns and be better.
