Pros

Great company, great benefits, GREAT products. I like working there because we have good products to sell into a ripe market for the taking. Dell is making great strides to compete and take significant market share from our competitors. Being such a large company, there are a tremendous amounts of resources available to help you accomplish your goals. we also have great brand recognition in the market which help. i like the people, the quality of life working from home, and the team i work with. They pay me well, i have great flexibility, and thats important to me me.

Cons

sheer volume of accounts, depending on which segment you are in, makes it difficult to clearly identify job responsibilites and gets cloudy. Dell is in the process of converting its SMB business into a storage giant with some of its recent acquisitions. the market is there, but in order for us to capture it, there needs to be changes in the sales process, the quality of the leads coming to the field, and accountability. Furthermore, I dont have a clear idea as to what my next step is in my career at Dell which is important to me as well.

Pros

At this point? None honestly.

Cons

They did a complete 180 since I got hired. Came in as remote during COVID and now that they forced most people back to the office, they made us 3rd class citizens in the company. Can't get a raise, a promotion, any spiffs or even the same contests that the people in the office do. This company does not keep promises and has been constantly doing workforce reductions ever year like clockwork for 4 years now. The COO Jeff Clarke is an absolute clown as well, you have to go into the office dressed as business casual, but this guy goes to One Dell World in undersized lame t-shirts every year. Hypocrisy at all levels of this company. Just looking for a good opportunity and I am out, after talking to my co workers I feel like 70-80% feel the same. The tools also suck and are down half the time as well.
