Dell pays well, but don't expect it to be a humanistic place to work. - Program Manager Dell Technologies Employee Review

Pros

Salaries are very good, and is the primary reason people stay there.

Cons

People are not valued as individuals. When roles and functions are discontinued, people are simply cast out, with no effort whatsoever to move them to other roles, and with no grace period for employees to look for other roles. This is regardless of tenure or contributions. When your function is discontinued, then so are you - period. Recent purges appear to have targeted people who are higher within their pay scale, and people who have moved up. Dell is aplace where promotions and pay raises may jeopardize your tenure.

Pros

Very helpful and knowledgeable community, incredibly easy to talk to anyone in any part of the business. Gave me a wide range of experiences/projects.

Cons

Limited intern bonding opportunities when compared to Round Rock office.

Pros

The people are the best part of this job. I have met so many amazing people in this role. Even some I would consider life long friends. I think the experience gained from this job has also been useful for any sales role you may need for any future endeavors in sales or the tech industry.

Cons

Upper management has made many changes to the compensation and the metrics which has for sure effected employee satisfaction. Turnover rate is insane as there’s a new hire class literally every month. Dell itself is running out of room and they are not making any new teams for the new hire classes which has left more tenured reps in a vulnerable position.
