      Pros

      They're very relaxed with remote work (at least the team I was in)

      Cons

      Everything else. Managers provided practically no guidance. I don't think I was able to even get a call with my manager the whole time I was there. The work is a bit hey how ya going.

      Access to top-tier audit clients Lots of resources Lots of supports if having the right networks of PMD

      Brutal hours during peak season Lack of continuity from junior staff levels although slowly improving (not by much)
