      Up to 42 days of vacation, full time home office possible. Strong union and good life/work balance. Strong environmental and social agenda.

      Cons

      Comparatively low wage, strong hierarchy, rigid procedures, often toxic relationships between DB-internal companies. Very limited influence of PMs on contracts and resource planning. Very little career opportunities.
