Pros
Slow paced work allows for a relaxed work life balance I don’t think you can find anywhere else in the world. No one works past 11am on fridays.
Cons
The fact they have to make all work students redundant to save money, speaks for itself. They have no idea how to manage business budgets or effective leadership support in projects outside of their never ending processes, there are so many leaders that only bring stress and no real empathy or support.
