      Good Employer and many benefits.

      Cons

      Small mentality, not alot of room for growth. More oversight and policies and procedures than you'll find anywhere else....probably ever. Admittedly, its important but it can be stifling.

      Financial services is in general a very tough and intense field. DB is no different.
