Pros
A lot of bonuses and outside of work activities. Company really tries to be good workplace. In my experience, one of better paying shop chains in Poland. Clear career path.
Cons
Atmosphere of work really depends on team you're in and manager of the specific shop. Really fast pace of work. You have to be really adaptable person, because of how many changes happen within the company . Sometimes the promotion to higher position depends on inner politics or whether the regional manager likes you, not on your actual skills (seen people lacking competences being promoted and people with actual skills stuck on the same position for years).
