      Pros

      Cokworkers usually good people.When i started the work at rossmann it was good. At first there were many people working in my workplace so workload and labor was equal. But it has been changed in months and not in a good way.

      Cons

      Salary is very low for our country also the food ticket we get Multinet low.Now at pandemics we work with less labor more workload. They also delay our payment for ten days. It has been like that for four months.And we for 15 16 days at month and same workload is harder to do with less time.

      IT managed by people with no vision or experience outside Rossmann (but with 20y exp in one company) poor office, bonuses, contracts
