      Great benefits Time off Flexible hours Culture is great

      Cons

      No career growth (been there for over 3 years and cant seem to get a higher position even though my metrics are good) Pay is HORRIBLE. underpaying they start you at around $17 an hour….. they need to re evaluate that

      There are still great employees working at Discover despite looming layoffs due to Capital One acquisition.

      Cons

      Morale is at an all-time low, integration with Capital One has caused significant anxiety and confusion.

      Its a great place to work. A little challenging with the recent changes. Tuition reimbursment, insurance paid time off. Yearly bonus.
