      Good work life balance. Good number of holidays which are given at start of the year, Discover used to have no layoffs hence people used to stay here for 10+ years (before Capital One merger). Remote work anywhere in USA.

      Cons

      Merger with Capital One. Now job is unstable. No remote work in Capital One.
