I feel like my jobs have always been exciting and I understand my role and how it helps the company as a whole improve. The people I work with are great; I have never had a problem with a co-worker.
Cons
Unless you want to move to Chicago, there are limitations to your career development. Emphasis on developing and choosing good leaders is lacking
