DNA Risk Management leadership is a clique and if are not in the club, they will look for every opportunity to attack and run you off. If you won't leave, they will document unvalidated accusations against you in your reviews. This is a pattern that I have witnessed happen to over 11 exceptionally skilled employees that I am aware of since 2022 to date.
