Pros
- work from home (no commute) - decent pay for no experience - pretty good managers - full benefit package
Cons
- seems like flexible hours but is not - HR very slow to accommodate disabilities, causing burnout and fatigue among disabled employees - many rude customers daily - only 1 minute breaks or less between calls for 7-8 hours straight - I’ve never felt worse in my adult life than my time working here
