Pros
The Compensation is good for Field Management. The Talent of many in Field Management (peer group) is excellent. Serving the under served, our customers, is a privilege.
Cons
DG has got to improve their Distribution Network and Perpetual Inventory System. Tools, at store level, have improved, but are often buggy at best. Support, by the Executive Team is pathetic as they are clearly disconnected from reality and instead strive to WOW Wall Street and KKR with grandiose dreams of future sustainability.
