      Too many layers of upper management in Germany, lack of meaningful communication, no career growth potential, lower level employees are often work or are asked to be available on off days

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
