      Tied up in old world governance that limits the ability to change. Slow to make a decision on anything with multiple layers of sign off.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
