      Pros

      Good experience from any age and exposure to a wide range of experiences. Lot's of opportunities for internal movement to get experience and some genuinely good people

      Cons

      Poor management, layers of bureaucracy that makes change impossible and hard to deliver. Poor understanding of the challenges in the future. Tenure valued over merit and progression is limited

      Pros

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
