      Customer focussed. Care about all colleagues. Strong CEO and clear strategy.

      Cons

      None - it's the best company I've worked for in the area. The remuneration is good as is the mid and end of year review process plus a very clear commitment to personal development.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
