graduates are given SM roles, this is not good for them or the company, why are these types of roles given to the inexperienced rather than the competent??
managers move on frequently for more beneficial and less stressful analyst roles, meaning less stability and support for the grass roots staff.
company have too much emphasis on pleasing OFGEM rather than challenging them and showing support for the loyal and hard working staff.
too much disorganisation with individuals, teams and sections having different ways of working

practice what you preach - Emails advise to protect the environment and not reprint yet paper guides are given out like samples at cadburys. do your staff really need 3 pages of GUFF to be able to say hello to a customer!???
