      Some fantastic colleagues and there can be great opportunities to explore, especially if you are based in Nottingham.

      Cons

      - Some of the leaders are uninspiring and can leave you de-motivated. That was my reason for leaving - Recruitment process is poor. Very difficult to get promoted

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
