      Pros

      Solid company, good package, reluctant to let go of people - prefer to reassign to other teams in tough times. Generally good people.

      Cons

      There were 1 or 2 rednecks employed in the team which spoiled it the whole experience, Bullying, egotists, inappropriate, sexist, the whole works.

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
