Pros

Benefits. Pays well. Some great people to work with. Location.

Cons

The company promotes equality and fairness, but E.On don't practice what they preach. Management staff have no direction, they do as they are told by Seniors. Bureaucracy. People/individuals are not treated with respect. Recruitment process internally is absolute joke, manager talk amongst themselves and if your manager/section manager doesn't like you then you wont progress to other areas of the business.

Pros

Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

Cons

Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
