Pros

Work from home Company laptop

Cons

You are expected to work unpaid overtime, when I contacted management to negotiate an overtime rate I was laughed at. Company culture is horrendous, childish, patronising. Business is not fit for purpose, EoN Next has no capability to perform siteworks meaning EoN (different company) have to be contacted if you need an engineer to visit site. This takes a long time and often causes many issues. When I asked management how and when they were planning to improve this process, they told me that if I cared so much, I should fix it! This would have involved restructuring the whole business. Pay is very poor, 18500 when you start. Targets are high, preventing you from delivering quality customer service as you have to hit x calls/day.
