Workload is unrealistic and always growing (team of 15 have over 100,000 queries) No pay increase in 4 years, other than a *potentially* temporary cost of living crisis response of 6% Management use HR jargon to justify any action they deem fit Salary is based on your "culture" before anything, which is ambiguous and I have found to mean "if you do as your told and never question decisions, you have a good culture"
