Pros
The people are smart and hard working. Large portion are contractors. Using some of the latest and most exciting technologies.
Cons
Decent compensation, but lacking in the benefits department. Major one regarding staying for the long term, is that the parental leave is shocking for the UK at 2 weeks. It's 12 weeks at Octopus.
