Pros

Errrrrrm I'll have to get back to you on that one. The only one I could think of was that it was close to where I lived, but that's not going to be the case for most people.

Cons

Spoiled for choice with the cons, I hate having too much choice,,, Okay... EON will often talk about mental health awareness, then actually give you the mental health problems. They 'care' about you by putting you under immense stress, sometimes with no training or the worst training you could possibly get (literally everybody who works for the company says this also, yet they still do nothing). There are departments, such as the 'Emergency' Call Out department that you would think, would require a professional regime of training, however, they will just let anybody on the phones, not knowing what they are supposed to say and/or with no knowledge of meters at all or things that could be potentially dangerous. But don't worry about it, they care. If you have any actual real, serious life issues too, please do keep them to yourself, they are busy caring remember. If a colleague who is a female has an issue with you, and has a serial history of trying to get people fired over the smallest of things, don't worry, they'll keep helping her out, because they care remember? If you are like that woman, they may help you achieve your goals. 1 happy person, is worth more than a happy office....EONs motto. They also appear to dislike men, but in a very caring way. They will continue to change things regularly, for no reason and provide a complete BS reason for doing so, that nobody will agree with, but just have to accept. You can be a great, innovative worker, going beyond your duties, getting great scores, having a high attendance and having not taken much holiday...but don't worry, they will find ways to put you down. They will find ways to make you feel like a naughty child at school somehow. Maybe you're 1 minute late one day, maybe you spend 5 minutes in the bathroom, maybe you want to get a coffee because everybody else does and you are told not to for no reason and then told off for getting somebody else get it for you. I mean make that make sense? Also, don't get ill, you are made to feel very guilty for being ill. They will put you on improvement plans for anything they can, such as being sick too much, I mean if anything makes you feel better, it's an improvement plan. On top of all this, as I alluded to earlier, there are snakes about too, many...just in case you didn't feel like a child at school enough, you will be made to play a real life game of snakes and ladders, with no ladders. Avoid saying anything, as there are people waiting to put you down, to make themselves look better. There are league tables of shame involved too in some departments, where micromanaging is involved, the recording of your own productivity and every little thing you do and you will be called out on why your score was low on 1 day, in front of the whole group, to help strengthen your mind and protect against mental health issues. I really do hope I haven't put you off :)
