No growth in the company, Working for this role has no structure they literally ask any random thing to do if you're an immigrant and on a graduate visa they don't sponsor. Plus the company doesn't give a chance for young professionals in internal recruitment they always want someone who has been with business for more than 10 years. If you're an immigrant please don't prefer working here because they prefer someone who is a UK resident.
