Pros

Free food in the office and opportunity to work from home

Cons

I work from home 4 days a week and in the office once. When I moved 2 hours away from my nearest office I expected a little flexibility/understanding instead I've had the opposite. I am expected to come in the office weekly desiptie most of the team not coming in for months and sometimes twice a week. They spring training sessions on you a day before and expect you to work around this and go to the office on a different day to usual with a day's notice. I got put through 4 weeks of training and was advised this was different to the initial training everyone received. Upon starting the training it was clear it was very similar. I am now in another 4 weeks of training after "not showing improvement from the first training" although only one call was listened too and this was not at random. Now at the end of this training session I may have a disciplinary?! Feels like they are forcing me out.
