Pros
Elon is a community of innovative, hard-working professionals who are always striving to do better and be better; the benefits are great (especially retirement and the free wellness exercise classes); many of the students are a joy to work with; in general it's a community of caring professionals who are deeply invested in their work and their community and treat each other well
Cons
Salary is relatively low when compared to public institutions; lots of turnover with young professional staff due to lack of opportunities for growth in title/salary
