Pros
Elon has a great culture buy-in from it's employees and students. Dr. Book, like Dr. Lambert, is a transformational leader who will continue to take Elon to the top as an institution with a national reputation.
Cons
Elon has, and will continue, to hemorrhage employee talent due to inflexible work modalities. Employees are expected to be on-campus working throughout the week without exception, and there is currently zero discussion happening campus-wide about a policy change.
