      Pros

      Friendly work environment, growth and onsite opportunities, good policies - insurance, long service awards and post maternity benefits are my favourites. Flat organization with open door policy.

      Cons

      Travel time to office from the place where I stay.

      Pay is alright and you're treated like a full time employee if you work hard
