Pros

I received placement at 1 of the *very* few good sites they had a contract with.

Cons

1. They're incredibly rude and dismissive. 2. You will never have any clue as to when your contract will end, even when you ask. The site can bring in machines to do your job and you won't be notified until you get to work. 3. They either hate remembering names, or they have a blast constantly calling you something else and if you politely correct them, it'll cause an aggressive back and forth thing. 3. Checks WILL be incorrect at some point and it is totally on you to catch, correct, and make sure it is actually corrected and deposited (or they cut a personal check). 4. When my assignment ended, I was offered a position by the site, but since it was outside of my skill range and an undesirable (somewhat disrespectful) pay, I declined. The person handling my account told me she was taking me out of their system and to call back when I was ready to work. 5. I noticed the vast majority of people they work with are black and brown and they're incredibly disrespectful when addressing people whom don't look them, which seemed to be most of who walked through their door.

Pros

The owner, Jessica, is fantastic as is the sales manager, Kirby. It can be a fun environment and putting people in a position to succeed is always rewarding.

Cons

Employees are not held to any sort of reasonable professional standard. Where it directly impacted this role at the time was that at least 25 hours every week were spent essentially begging employees to turn in time cards rather than doing anything productive. Standards seemed pretty inconsistent at times. The company felt a little aimless. There were several conflicting plans for the future. My understanding is that in the six months after my separation, they more or less replaced the entire staff for various reasons. Maybe they got it figured out now.
