      A good job and decent benefits when there is work.

      The start times are never consistent and obviously you work until the work is done.

      Flexible schedule and options to offer up shift or take additional shifts.

      Cons

      The work can be repetitive and alot of heavy lifting but you can alwasy ask for a team lift.
