Pros

Cons

- The quality of the interviews and the training process is very very poor. The worst I have ever seen. - The interview was very misleading. Telling us very good things about the company such as a £50k to £60k average earnings which does not make sense because this company hasn't been trading in the UK for even close to a year. - The role is commission only. That's fine. but with a role like this you should expect to be told EXACTLY how you are earning your commission. But you are not, they lead you on and avoid the question when you ask them. Always answering "it depends". - The company feels hectic. There is no structure or good management. The regional and territory managers are in their early 20s and they don't even have experience. Everyone here is young and unexperienced. - Expect to be used and disposed. After the first month of you selling, if you do not hit your targets which is 1 deal a day from 3 booked meetings (30% expected close rate) they will kick you out. - You have to do cold calls. The meetings booked are faked with BDRs just telling business owners to book the meeting anyways and stating things like "they won't try and sell you anything", "it's just a discovery visit". Once you turn up it will become very clear that the owner was not expecting to be sold something. - The office environment is not professional. They play loud music and cram everyone booking calls into a small room. Felt like something out of Wolf of Wall Street.

Pros

The one thing that genuinely stands out is the people. Most colleagues were collaborative, supportive, and easy to work with; there's a real team spirit among peers that made the day-to-day more bearable.

Cons

Where to begin. The compensation structure is the most glaring issue: commission-only pay that falls below the London Living Wage, despite being required to be in the office five days a week. The advertised OTE of £60k–£70k sounds compelling on paper, but the reality is that very few people are actually hitting their numbers. Most will be stuck on the minimum base for at least the first three months, possibly longer. Realistically, the role is closer to a £30k–£40k OTE than anything advertised. The office environment doesn't help. Loud music plays constantly, which might suit a certain vibe, but it makes it nearly impossible to have a coherent call with a client. It feels performatively startup-y rather than actually productive. Management is a real weakness. Without being overly harsh, most people in leadership positions lack the experience the role demands. There's no clear structure, no CRM, and processes are improvised at best. High turnover is the predictable result, and it shows. There's also a creeping surveillance culture: cameras have been installed to monitor the floor, which says a lot about the level of trust extended to employees. No perks of any kind, and if you need time off before you've accrued enough leave, you take it unpaid, full stop. Weekend working is another grey area. It's not officially required, but there's a clear expectation in practice, which creates an uneven playing field depending on who you are and what your life looks like outside of work. On the product: competitive rates, yes, but the offering is genuinely basic. There's limited real value to sell beyond price, which makes the job harder than it needs to be and puts a ceiling on how compelling your pitch can ever be.

Pros

- A well equipped office with free breakfast included daily. - A fantastic team, everyone is friendly and approachable. A truly diverse workplace, everyone is welcomed. - Excellent progression opportunities, they promote within and truly believe in their people, hard work is rewarded. Recently promoted after 3 months to a lead position! - Regular socials for teams and also for the overall group with an activity and free food and drinks. - Feedback is encouraged and listened to by management. - Relatively new to the UK but continuing to grow fast with ambitious founders, I truly look forward to seeing our growth across the UK and in other territories.

Cons

- No cons to report as we continue to grow I can only see more positives.
