Great cost controls are in place, but Flix North America C-level leadership lacks the same focus on revenue.

A lot of brash and perplexing decisions are being made at the highest level at Flix North America, and unfortunately because of this, several vital, important employees have been eliminated from both the Flix and Greyhound businesses. Flix North America C-level leadership fails to realize employees are the best asset of the company. As such, low morale and undue stress reside among overworked employees.
