Pros

International environment; Start-up experience; Possibility to test different things at work in order to achieve your team targets; Work with many young people

Cons

Chaotic and messy workflow; "Make-it-Happen" culture means "do it however you want, nobody will give you any advice, find your own way and deliver your task on time"; Also, you have to work with unexperienced colleagues, mainly interns - which is good for interns to get some first work experience but it is not good for you to learn something new from them. Senior employees do not share their knowledge or experience much. Especially in the Marketing team, the culture might seem childish quite often. Many interns cannot stay after their internship. Too little salary and late work hours culture. Not the best leadership. Almost never a recognition of a good job.

Pros

Great cost controls are in place, but Flix North America C-level leadership lacks the same focus on revenue.

Cons

A lot of brash and perplexing decisions are being made at the highest level at Flix North America, and unfortunately because of this, several vital, important employees have been eliminated from both the Flix and Greyhound businesses. Flix North America C-level leadership fails to realize employees are the best asset of the company. As such, low morale and undue stress reside among overworked employees. Private equity driven, which says it all.
