- very supportive colleagues, always acting as team not individuals - colleagues that become friends - company spirit (you can still feel the start-up mindset, being ambitious but also acting as a team) - success of company including internationalization - constantly new challenges both for you as individual but also for company - product of company: making travelling affordable for everybody, in a more sustainable way - flexibility at work, e.g. by great remote working policy

Cons

- salaries & benefits - fast growth of company is a pro + con, on the con side e.g. focus is not always on "fixing the basics" or "fixing needed processes"

Pros

Great cost controls are in place, but Flix North America C-level leadership lacks the same focus on revenue.

Cons

A lot of brash and perplexing decisions are being made at the highest level at Flix North America, and unfortunately because of this, several vital, important employees have been eliminated from both the Flix and Greyhound businesses. Flix North America C-level leadership fails to realize employees are the best asset of the company. As such, low morale and undue stress reside among overworked employees. Private equity driven, which says it all.
