Pros

Good place to build a foundation in risk and fraud operations. There is no micromanagement, which creates a trusting and respectful work environment. The company offers a good balance between working from home and from the office. Employees are given a high level of autonomy and ownership over their daily tasks.

Cons

Salary levels are determined almost entirely by negotiation during the hiring process, rather than being aligned with actual experience, performance, or long-term contribution. There are limited opportunities for career progression or professional development. The company does not offer a bonus system or performance-based incentives.

Pros

Great cost controls are in place, but Flix North America C-level leadership lacks the same focus on revenue.

Cons

A lot of brash and perplexing decisions are being made at the highest level at Flix North America, and unfortunately because of this, several vital, important employees have been eliminated from both the Flix and Greyhound businesses. Flix North America C-level leadership fails to realize employees are the best asset of the company. As such, low morale and undue stress reside among overworked employees. Private equity driven, which says it all.
