Pros
During my time in Fluor, they had the best training and career development program for up and coming leaders. They have the best practices and impeccable safety record when it comes to EPCM. This is the type of company you want to spend your productive years until retirement. They take good care of their people and I will return to Fluor in a heart beat, given the chance. I am Fluor and forever will :)
Cons
The Manila office has rampant fraternization in the management level. Though it was not being felt by the ranks, it hinders in the harmoniously working relationship in the management level. But I guess this is common in all big multi-national firms.
